Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
4 cups dressing (leftover from your holiday meal)
1 cup turkey gravy
1 cup turkey meat, dark and white pieces about 1/2 inch by 2 inches
1/2 cup green beans, cooked and diced
1/4 cup whole cranberry relish
1 tablespoon parsley or scallions chopped
1/2 cup mozzarella, low-fat
Preparation:
Line a 10 inch round pizza pan with plastic wrap then press the stuffing evenly into the pan. You may even want to use a rolling pin to flatten it out equally. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes to firm-up the crust.
(DON'T WORRY THE PLASTIC WRAP WON'T MELT!)
Remove the pan from the oven. Set the oven to 400 degrees. Cool the "crust" 5 minutes then turn it out on to a flat sheet pan and remove the plastic wrap, just peeling it off. Spread on the turkey gravy, sprinkle on the turkey meat, diced green beans, cranberries, parsley or scallions and the mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, remove and cut into eight equal wedges and enjoy!
