Amount/Measure/Ingredient:
1 cup mayonnaise--Hellmann's
1 cup sour cream
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 clove garlic---1/2 tsp. minced
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. dried
dill
1/4 tsp. oregano
1tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation:
Combine in a blender and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients. Store refrigerated for up to one month in a clean air tight container. It great on romaine lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers---don't forget the croutons!
