Instructions:
Yield: 1 cup
16 oz Pinto beans, cooked
1/2 cup Salsa
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
Salt & black pepper
Puree all the ingredients except the salt & pepper in either a food processor or a blender. Seasn with salt & pepper & serve.
