2 pounds barbecue spice
1 cup lemon pepper
1/2 pound brown sugar
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 cup granulated garlic
1/2 cup granulated onion
1 tablespoon salt
Combine all ingredients. Rub the meat side of ribs generously with the mixture.
