Ingredients:
1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes Extra Hot
1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes Mexican Style with Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 Onion Diced
1/4 cup Beer
Additional Jalapeno as desired
Description: Salsa

Serving Size: quite a bit
Preparation Time: 10 - 15 min

Amount/Measure/Ingredient
1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes
1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes Extra Hot
1 Can Diced Rotel Tomatoes Mexican Style with Cilantro
Juice of 1 Lime
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 Onion Diced
1/4 cup Beer
Additional Jalapeno as desired.
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in bowl. Stir well, Salt and Lime juice to taste. Keeps 3-5 days in fridge.
