Description: Stir fried vegetables toasted with rice noodles and a desirable curry orange colour to it.
History: I made the recipe up my self. My future goal is to become a chef. I advise anyone who is good or likes cooking to experiment in your kitchen, you'll have heaps of fun.
Serving Size: 4-6

2 squares or the rice noodles in desired thickens
2 Tbsp. Curry Powder
1 large onion diced
1 Tsp. fresh diced ginger
1 Tbsp. fresh sweet orange chilli, diced
1 carrot, in thin shreds or julienne pieces
3 baby bok choy, washed and leaves separated
1 Green, 1 red, 1 yellow caspcium, thin slices
1 packet or 8 fresh baby corn, quartered through middle
8 shallots sliced
1 stalk of celery

1. Prepare everything first before starting.
2. When ready to eat sweat off onion, chilli, ginger until soft.
3.Add the rest of the vegetables and fry until soft and crisp.
4. Boil jug and pour hot water over noodles.
5. Drain noodles and add to stir fry.
6. Toss noodles thought with vegetables and add curry.
7. Mix thoroughly, then serve.
This recipe is fabulous for on the go people.
