Good Two Pot Chili
Description: Tried to imitate our father's recipe!
Servings: 20 to 30

This is cooked in 8 qt. pots.
In two pots cook 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 small onion (finely chopped), about 4 to 5 teaspoons for each pot, and 3 teaspoons chili powder. Cook until done and drain off all fat. Then add in each pot; two large cans of tomato juice (Del Monte) 46 fl. oz., 4 cans of dark red kidney beans (Joan of Arc), (15.5 oz. each) washed and drained well. Then 3-5 more teaspoons chili powder, 1 can Campbell's tomato soup (10 3/4 oz) and 1 can tomato paste (no brand specific), (6oz). Cook to desired consistency.

Note: We were looking for as close as possible a taste that our father use to make and finally found this by trial and error .
