Ingredients:
History: My husband and I eat chicken at least twice a week. This is something I threw together one night, and we both really enjoyed it!

Amount/Measure/Ingredient
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
2 tsp. fresh tarragon
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, cut into 1/4" thick pats
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse chicken and cut it into approximately inch square pieces. Place pieces into a baking dish, sprinkle 1/2 measurement of each salt, pepper, paprika and tarragon over the chicken. Turn the pieces over and sprinkle remaining salt, pepper, paprika and tarragon over the chicken. Chicken should be covered with paprika -- use more if necessary. Sprinkle chopped garlic over chicken. Place a pat of butter on each piece of chicken. Cook at 350 degree F. for 45 minutes or until juices run clear. For the most tender chicken, baste every 15 minutes. My husband loves this served with corn and mashed potatoes!
