1 whole half of precooked ham, chopped into cubes
1 package of fresh sliced mushrooms
2 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk or cream, your choice (use empty soup can to measure)
3 tablespoon of Cheese Whiz
3 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of salt
1 tablespoon of basil
2 tablespoon of garlic power or fresh chopped garlic
2 cups of shredded mozzarella
2 cups of shredded cheddar or colby cheese
6 cups of pasta, macaroni works best but fussili and rigatoni are good too

Instructions:
Cook pasta as per package instructions, Drain and wash with cool water to halt the cooking process. Set aside.
In large frying pan combine ham, oregano, salt, basil, and garlic, cook until flavors blend. Then add mushrooms, cook till tender then remove from heat and set aside.
In large mixing bowl combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheese whiz and one cup of the shredded cheese mixture.
Stir in the meat and spice mixture, then the pasta, make sure everything is well coated, if necessary add more milk until mixture is gooey.
Place first layer of pasta and ham in greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Add small layer of cheese mixture. Top with remaining pasta, and add rest of cheese to the top of the casserole.
Sprinkle with parsley flakes for that added flair.
Cover the casserole with tin foil and bake in middle of oven on 350* F for 1 hour.
Remove tin foil for last 15 minutes of cooking to brown cheese.
Enjoy!!!!
