Description: Buffalo Wings cooked on the BBQ grill
Recipe By: 115 Jacob Dr. Crestview, FL 32536
History: This recipe has it's roots in Texas it was shared to me by a friend at a BBQ at work. I made some adjustments to ingredients to suit my taste. I encourage you to do the same make it your own.
Serving Size: 4
Preparation Time: 0:45

3 Dozen Chicken wings (Thawed)
24 Ounces Durkee red hot sauce
3/4 Cup Vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
4 Ounces Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
Place Thawed wings on a platter and set aside. Combine remainder of ingredients in a sauce pan, heat until it starts to boil. Place wings in sauce and let soak about 10 minutes (soak longer for hotter wings). Fire up your BBQ grill, when grill is ready cook wings on medium heat. Baste wings with sauce every 10 to 15 minutes until wings are done. Reheat remainder of sauce on stove and put in a bowl and dip wings as you eat (optional). Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.

* Please note that Good Cooking interprets the meaning of re-heating the sauce to be returning it to a boil and simmering it for at least 3 minutes. You should always do this to kill any harmful bacteria that may have grown in the liquid due to possible cross contamination caused by contact with the raw meat.
