Ingredients:
History: This recipe was given to me by a dear friend and I love serving it as a company dish.
Description: Terrific make ahead dish of Chicken in a creamy sauce
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6-8 

Amount/Measure/Ingredient:8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 slices of Swiss cheese
1 can of cream of celery soup
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 cups seasoned salad croutons
1/4 cup butter cubed
Instructions:
Place chicken in 9x13 casserole dish. Cover chicken breasts with slices of cheese. Combine soup and sherry. Pour soup mixture over the chicken. Dot with butter cubes. Sprinkle with the croutons. Cover with foil; may be made a day ahead at this point. Bake covered in 350 degree F. oven for 30 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 20-30 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve with rice and a green vegetable. You company will love it!
