Description: Fresh pasta served with Prawns, chili and parsley

Serving Size: 2

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

500 g king prawns
1 teaspoon of dried hot red chili
50 ml virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
garlic to taste
Enough of your favorite pasta cooked to taste
Peel and devein prawns leaving tails intact, sauté prawns in one Tbsp. olive oil and garlic.
Stir in chili and parsley and set aside. Cook pasta until al dente, drain pasta and add to prawn mixture. 
Warm through in frying pan, adding oil to coat. Serve with crusty bread. Magnifique...
