Ingredients:
Description: Quick and easy Burritos the entire family can help make.
History: A recipe I came across while serving in the Army.
Serving Size: 10 Burritos
Preparation Time: 0:45

Amount/Measure/Ingredient
Shells:
1/3 cup shortening
3 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water

Filling:
1 lb ground beef
1 15oz can of tomato sauce
2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp red pepper
2 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions:
Shells: Mix all ingredients well. Knead well. Break into 10 equal parts. Roll flat using rolling pin. Cook on un-greased griddle till golden. turning once.

Filling: Brown hamburger drain well. Add remaining ingredients to ground beef. Simmer 15 min .

Serve with your favorite fillings. (Lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream, onions, etc.) For a real treat add cooked bacon as a topping.
