Recipe Name: Chiles Verdes
Servings: 2 Cups
Description: Green Hot Sauce
History: It's a good Mexican hot sauce, That from this day we don't know if it got its name from the chilies or the tomatoes.

1/4 cup whole Serrano's
2 cups green tomatoes 
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup coriander leaves (fresh)
1. Peel tomatoes and place in saucepan, cover with water. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, drain.

2. Toast chilies on a griddle on all sides. Remove the steams.

3. Place tomatoes, chilies, salt, and coriander in blender until all most smooth.

Serve cold or warm. Goes great with all Mexican foods!
