Serving Size: 4 Preparation time: about 20 minutes Amount/Measure/Ingredient 1 cup wild rice 2 cups water 2 cups turkey, diced 1 large onion, chopped 1 can, 12 ounces, Swanson chicken broth 1 can, 12 ounces, cream of celery soup salt and pepper to taste |

Instructions:
Preparation: Combine rice and water in a large bowl, microwave on high for 15 minutes. Add onions, broth, cream of celery soup, salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Microwave 3-5 minutes or until it boils, it's ready. Add more broth if it's too thick for your liking. By the way, if it is a wild turkey and a little dry, add more chicken broth!
