Recipe Name: Puto Maya
Ingredients:
2 c. whole sweet rice (glutinous rice)
4 c. coconut milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. grated fresh coconut
Instructions:
1. Rinse rice and place in a 2-quart saucepan.

2. Add coconut milk.

3. Boil for 15 minutes and simmer until rice is cooked--about 15 minutes or more.

4. Mold cooked rice in small cups and unmold each one on a sauce.

5. Sprinkle sugar and grated coconut on top of each mold.
