Preparation:
Dissolve bouillion cube in hot water. Mix flour and oatmeal together. Add minced fatback to beef broth and add to dry mixture. Add eggs and oil. Mix with hands until blended. Grease cookie sheet with fatback, sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. Form egg size dough balls and place on prepared cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fatback dusted with garlic powder, about 1/2" thick. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18-25 minutes or until crisp. Cool on wire rack.
